1) Head west on Pan Island Expressway (PIE)
2) Take exit 11 - Paya Lebar Road, onto Payar Lebar Road
3) Turn right, Keep right to stay on Paya Lebar Road
4) Turn right on Ubi Ave 2 after 400 m
