- To order, click “SHOP” and select a category “NEW ARRIVALS”, “TOPS”, “BOTTOMS”, DRESSES” or “ACCESSORIES”
- Click on the item you are interested to purchase, select QUANTITY and SIZE and click “ADD TO BAG”
- You will be directed to your shopping bag summary.
a. To proceed to payment, click "NEXT" on the right. Proceed to point 5.
b. To purchase more items, click “CONTINUE SHOPPING” on the left.
- Simply click on the shopping cart icon on the top right hand corner to proceed to payment at anytime.
- You will be directed to a log in page.

b. For returning customers, log in to your account.
- Confirm your mailing address and click “NEXT”.
- Select your mode of delivery, normal mail , registered mail or international shipping.
- Read our terms and conditions, and agree by checking the box on the top right hand corner. Click “NEXT”.
- Select your mode of payment, I-banking or Paypal.
- If you select I-banking payment advice will be issued once you have confirmed your order. Please transfer funds within 24 hours or your order will be cancelled.
- If you select Paypal, you will be redirected to the Paypal page.

Domestic Shipping (Within Singapore) Charges Are As Follows:
- Normal Mail - Complimentary free shipping
- Registered Mail – SGD3.50
NOTE : Customers will be notified of their parcel’s RA tracking number via email once their order has been sent out. - Customers may check the status of their registered parcel HERE.
Domestic shipping (within Singapore) requires 2 to 6 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) delivery time for orders.
Riot Loco will ensure that parcels are carefully wrapped and secure before mailing it out.
Riot Loco will not be responsible for parcels damaged during delivery.
Riot Loco will not be responsible for any lost parcels via normal mail.
To prevent lost mail, Riot Loco recommends opting for registered mail.
Mailing days for parcels are TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS and FRIDAYS.
I.e. if payment for item is made on a Friday night, your parcel will be mailed on Tuesday.
Please take note that parcels will reach you in 2-4 WORKING days. (Weekend and public holidays excluded.)
International Shipping Charges Are As Follows:

- Riot Loco products will be carefully inspected to ensure quality before mailing out.

We apologize in advance that we will not be able to provide any exchange or refund under any other circumstance including the following conditions:
- Size does not fit
- Change of mind
- Damage of item due to own negligence
- Incomplete / incorrect addresses given by Customer.
-Returns for refund will only be accepted within 15 days of the customer receiving the product.
-No refunds will be issued after 15 days of receiving the products.
