1. HOW TO ORDER

All sales transactions will only take place through this website.

Shopping at Riot Loco is simple and fuss free!

1. To order, click “SHOP” and select a category “NEW ARRIVALS”, “TOPS”, “BOTTOMS”, DRESSES” or “ACCESSORIES”
2. Click on the item you are interested to purchase, select QUANTITY and SIZE and click “ADD TO BAG”
3. You will be directed to your shopping bag summary.
     a. To proceed to payment, click "NEXT" on the right. Proceed to point 5.
     b. To purchase more items, click “CONTINUE SHOPPING” on the left.
4. Simply click on the shopping cart icon on the top right hand corner to proceed to payment at anytime.
5. You will be directed to a log in page.
     a. For new shoppers, sign up for an account, easy & fast!
     b. For returning customers, log in to your account.
6. Confirm your mailing address and click “NEXT”.
7. Select your mode of delivery, normal mail , registered mail or international shipping.
8. Read our terms and conditions, and agree by checking the box on the top right hand corner. Click “NEXT”.
9. Select your mode of payment, I-banking or Paypal.
10. If you select I-banking payment advice will be issued once you have confirmed your order. Please transfer funds within 24 hours or your order will be cancelled.
11. If you select Paypal, you will be redirected to the Paypal page.
12. For more details on payment procedures please click on the payment tab above.
13. Your payment will be verified within 1 to 2 working days.

WORKING DAYS only. Riot Loco's office is closed on weekends and public holidays.

2. PAYMENT

FOR LOCAL ORDERS:

All payment should be made within 24 hours of order placed.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS,

You will be automatically directed to Riot Loco’s paypal page.

Please follow the instructions on paypal to make payment.

3. PRICING

All prices stated on the website are in Singapore Dollars.

To shop in your currency of choice, click the flag on the top bar and choose your currency of choice from the dropdown menu.

All prices are final and non-negotiable.

All payment will be made in terms of Singapore Dollars.

To facilitate the order/payment verification process, internet banking funds transfer is preferred.

All payment will be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

4. DELIVERY

All domestic and international parcels will be mailed though Singapore Post.
Domestic Shipping (Within Singapore) Charges Are As Follows:

1. Normal Mail - Complimentary free shipping
2. Registered Mail – SGD3.50

NOTE
: Customers will be notified of their parcel’s RA tracking number via email once their order has been sent out.
- Customers may check the status of their registered parcel HERE.


Domestic shipping (within Singapore) requires 2 to 6 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) delivery time for orders.


Riot Loco will ensure that parcels are carefully wrapped and secure before mailing it out.

Riot Loco will not be responsible for parcels damaged during delivery.


Riot Loco will not be responsible for any lost parcels via normal mail.


To prevent lost mail, Riot Loco recommends opting for registered mail.

Mailing days for parcels are TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS and FRIDAYS.

I.e. if payment for item is made on a Friday night, your parcel will be mailed on Tuesday.
Please take note that parcels will reach you in 2-4 WORKING days. (Weekend and public holidays excluded.)

International Shipping Charges Are As Follows:

We ship internationally via Singpost.

*Shipping charges may be adjusted dependent on weight of items and destination of order – Top up might be required.

: International shipping costs may vary with purchase or 3 or more items. Please email us at sales@riotloco.com for an accurate quotation of shipping charges to your country.


International shipping requires 12 to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) delivery time.

5. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All items purchased on Riot Loco are non-exchangeable and non refundable.

1. Riot Loco will ensure that correct items are mailed out.
2. Riot Loco products will be carefully inspected to ensure quality before mailing out.

Exchange Or Refund Is Only Allowed If:

Wrong order is received.

We apologize in advance that we will not be able to provide any exchange or refund under any other circumstance including the following conditions:


1. Size does not fit

2. Change of mind

3. Damage of item due to own negligence
4. Incomplete  / incorrect addresses given by Customer.

Measurements of Riot Loco products provided on the site are measured as follows:

Width: Shoulder seam to shoulder seam
Length: Shoulder seam to hem

Bottoms
Waist: Length of waist band across
Hips: Largest part of the hips across
Length: Waist band to hem

Shoes
Length: Tip of sole to heel of sole
Width: Widest part of the sole
Heel: From sole to top of heel
